Shipping policy

Shipping estimated times may vary. Shipments could experience delays during peak sales seasons, holiday's, product releases, restocks and pre-orders. 

Average order processing time is 2-5 business days for items not on a pre-order to all regions. Average shipping time is 2-5 business days after the order processing time at checkout for U.S. based orders. Pre-orders may require more time and could potentially take up to 4-6 weeks to receive once the order has been placed.

Please note order processing time can vary based upon "In Stock" or "Early order/ Pre- order descriptions provided at checkout with estimated delivery windows. International orders shipping varies based upon carrier and shipping options selected. 

Items shipped by carriers that are damaged, please file a claim with carrier and contact us. We will attempt to contact the carrier and support the damage claim. Any damaged items the carrier will be responsible for replacements only through a damage claim.
