All Ready to Wear products have care instructions inside each product purchased. This ensures the best way to treat, wash and dry your favorite products and keep them in the highest quality just as you received them.

Failing to follow the proper care instructions can result in damage to some products. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused due to not following the proper care instructions.
Keep your bag looking flawless by storing it in a dust bag, avoiding direct sunlight, and cleaning it with a water and soap using a soft cloth or tooth brush when needed. All bags come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If the bag is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will take care all repairs or replacements needed for your bag at no cost to you.

Grow within the House by reaching the status of a House Silver Circle Member.
Automatically qualify as a House Silver Circle Member when your account accumulates 1550 points yearly. Receive 2 to 3-Day Free Express Shipping. Access limited edition and standard release updates, receive an invitation to access Pre-Orders earlier when available and view order tracking and purchase history. House Silver Circle Members can retain their membership status the following year as long as they maintain 1550 points accumulated yearly.
Automatically qualify as a House Gold Circle Annual Member when your account accumulates 3200 Points yearly.Receive 1 to 2-Day Express Shipping, limited edition and standard release updates, with Priority reservation times to purchase online for Pre-Orders.
House Gold Circle Members will qualify for a One-Time Annual credit for $125 when they reach 3200 points on their account within the year.This will be a One-Time credit that will be only accessible to the account holder if 3200 points are earned within the year's timeframe (January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026).
Points do not role into the next year, but House Gold Members can retain their membership status and gain another credit the following year as long as they maintain 3200 points accumulated yearly.
